	Well, I was on a board, and someone said, "You are older but definitely not wiser," and the person addressed, claiming to be an English minor, gets all upset, say "it shouldn't be wiser, it should be, "more wise."" I asked them why, and they just said, "because!" My question: Should really be more wise?

	I don't think so. People do make mistakes though, even if they are English minors. Although, they don't sound to have been open to correction...That's not right.

	Yeah. I was just reading that over and over again, going, "how does that make any sense" because it didn't, and I tried pointing it out to them, and eventually, I just let it die. No point in trying to move the immobile, eh? (Weird saying, I know)

	Words like that aren't meant to be used with a "more". Definately wiser x3 Was this person stubborn in beliving they were right? o.0
