If any of you out there have both the Nike Free 5.0s and the Nova shoes by Adidas, could you please tell me which one you would recommend, or at least give me an overview of both of them.

Personally I use the 5.10 Freerunners but the Nike Free's are what I would choose between the two.

Yeah, I got the 5.0'ss, and I really like 'em. The grip leaves a little to be desired when compared to 5.10's stuff, but the 5.0's are so incredibly light that I really don't care. I weighed the shoes, and each one comes out to ten grams.
