Story time land, a small room in the local library where some unlucky teenage volunteer was forced into a rocking chair to read stories to young children and the parents unfortunate enough to be going with them. It was a place of strange tales, shushes, glares fidgeting and parents praying that the torment would end soon.
Nevertheless this was where Pash found himself at the moment. With all three of his children seated around him the man was surrounded and forced to settle down for an upcoming story. It shouldn't be so bad though , after all it wasn't like he'd grown up with these stories so they wouldn't be so familiar and trite to him.
Nestled into a cushion on the floor Rekha watched everything. He wasn't sure what was going on but it must be special for so many others to be there.

Story time land! What a prefect place to dump the kiddies while mommy goes off for half an hour of uninterrupted research time. But alas, the cursed “Parent or Guardian Must Be Present at All Times Rule”.
So, Elda found herself nestled next to Fai on an overstuffed pillow, while Mort browsed the children’s books. Elda glanced to her left and spotted a kind, but somewhat unhappy looking man who appeared to be in his late twenty’s, sitting with three highly different children.
She smiled to herself. Another poor sucker who got roped into story time land. At least she wasn’t alone. All the other parent’s looked to be just past the age of their story time reader; she and the man were the oldest in the bunch.

The hairs on the back of his neck prickles and Owen suddenly found his attention drawn to a boy his age with hair that resembles Rekha's. the boy felt.. different, like the bossy girl's he'd met.
Rekha looked around the room green eyes wide as more people filled the room. He really really wanted to know why they were all here.
