Guy's Jutsu Scroll
Ninjutsu Henge no Jutsu Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other Ninjutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.
Bunshin No Jutsu A Ninjutsu technique similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique), as these clones cannot attack. Whether or not they are made out of mist is hard to tell, but they are immaterial and will disperse when attacked.
Kawarimi no Jutsu The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other attacks to create massive damage. For example, a simple combination here: The attacked ninja can use Kawarimi no Jutsu to evade, say, an incoming shuriken, and without waiting quickly move behind the opponent and attack with a kunai.
Shushin No Jutsu This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Kakuremino no Jutsu, 隠れ蓑の術, literally "Cloak of Invisibility Technique" E-rank, Supplementary This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the Naruto series to try and fool Naruto Uzumaki, but uses poor disguises (square rocks with eyeholes, cloaks that are incorrectly patterned or the wrong way round, or simply not covering himself completely), thus betraying the illusion. In the anime, Naruto has been somewhat practical at using this jutsu a couple of times.
Kagemane no Jutsu Bushi, 影真似の術, Literally "mimic Shadow Bind Technique" This jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target (both conscious and unconscious); the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. On the other hand, the user also mimics any movements that the target is forced to make, such as recoil from being punched. It is an extremely versatile technique as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area; by using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. The target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. (since it is mimic'd it isn't as effective, as the real thing.)
Wind Style Kamaitachi no Jutsu, カマイタチの術, literally "Cutting Whirlwind Technique" C-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m) A Jutsu that, using a giant fan, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy multiple types of throwing weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source. (Instead of a fan Guy uses his swords, which is unique to him.)
Genjutsu
Taijutsu Dainamikku-Akushyon, ダイナミック・アクション, literally "Dynamic Action" Unknown The user quickly punches the opponent after a back-flip.
