My friend just installed the sims2 seasons pack, and now when her neighborhood loads....you cant see houses or anything, cant click...cant play.
Does anyone know what she could do to fix this?

The first thing to do would be to try playing the game without the downloads folder. Just move it to the desktop. If the game runs fine then a download is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work then the next option would be to try a reinstall of the game.
