Is it free to rework your avi -salon hair? I've only done it once, and it was free then, but I heard somewhere a long time ago that it was only free the first five times or something like that.

Rework the salon hair? As in delete your avatar to get a different hairstyle for it?
If so, yes, it's free, as far as I know. You can do it as many times as you want. The only limited things are gender and username.

No. You have to pay the third time you delete your avatar as far as I know.

I've deleted my avatar hundreds of times. The only thing you pay for is salon hair.
