Tomorrow, it will be 12 years since the debut of Red and Blue. Le gasp, right? Do any of you have plans of celebration?

I think I'll switch between Red and Blue, whichever one still works. I would play Silver, but the battery's been dead for a while now. *sigh* I hardly remember what it was like. I wish they'd release a remake.

@16-Bit: The internal battery that runs the clock. You can change it, but it's inside the game cart and difficult to remove.

@Shugeryu: Well, February 27th was the Japan release date. They were released about two years after that in North America.

That's why my Gold version had its data corrupted... or maybe it was just because my house is so humid.

I knew about Pokemon 6 months prior to the release of the games. I even have the stickers to prove it. ^.^
