I. Hate. Invisible. Zippers. With a fiery passion.
I have a couple of skirts with invisible zippers, and because they get caught on the fabric all the time, it's frayed so that I can't zip them up anymore. crying Is it worth it to rip out the zippers and replace them?

I think it depends on how much that skirt is worth to you. If its a basic skirt that you can easily and inexpensivly replace, particularly beat up, or something you don't wear super often, I'd say to simply replace it. If its a skirt thats in good condition, worth some money, a favorite pattern, or something you wear consitantly (that doesn't fall in the previous catagory), I'd take the time to replace the zippers. And put some fray-check on the fraying fabric to keep it from continuing to fray.

You have to consider the possiblility that replacing the zippers on these skirts might not make it easier to zip at this point, depending on how much the fabric has frayed.
