dude that's just stupid. nothing can be totally proven. If the dude suffered so many damages, wouldn't there be a statement from his doctor?

And what else that doesn't make sense is that if this happened in June of 2007, how come it took this long for him to report it. I bet this guy is in a state of money problems and thinks that this is a quick way to get some fast cash.

I think thats just stupid; Pete was merely just defending his friends. And if that guy didn't even like the band, then why did he go to the concert in the first place?
