If it ever comes back, www.bewitchingways.com was an amazing site. It went down for maintenence over a year ago.

If you type "bewitching ways" into google you can still find some of the links. I'm not sure how many of them work, but they had "what is Wicca?", correspondence charts, rituals, spells, astrology, dreams, tarot, runes, and pagan humor. There was also a very helpful glossary.

They also had a chat room and message board but I doubt they will work anymore. The store link probably won't do any good either.

EDIT: Ok, well i just found the discussion board on Google (apparently it wasnt hosted through the site) and I found a post that said the site had been closed. However, it is still possible to access some of the information through the Google search bar.
