Biography: Ritsuo was born under an auspicious sign as the stars that night. The stars were in a rather weird formation as suddenly a shooting star.
His dojo days were rather cumbersome as he was an excellent student, but too wild for most teachers to handle. Ritsuo always seemed to be inviting trouble, be it in the forest where he often hid and trained, with other students at the school for his brash attitude, or even in his dorm where he was living. Yet with each challenge, he somehow managed to survive the worst of it, often coming back with broken bones or some injury of some sort. He quickly progressed in the guild dojo as he tempered his pride and grew in his capability, with those questioning his ability often finding themselves humiliated.
Shortly after being accepted into the guild itself after a grueling set, he received word that his parents had been murdered by rather unknown circumstances. He went home and settled his business there but found his troubles were only beginning. His parents had accrued debt somehow while he had been gone. Left with only his younger sister, Ritsuo fell into a small state of depression about how he could settle the debt. His gennin team got together and began to raise money for Ritsuo in a variety of ways from fund-raising to completing harder missions and giving the money to Ritsuo, but in the end it was the guild master who settled Ritsuo's debts as he was so moved by the team's efforts. Ritsuo vowed at that point to offer his services to the Tatsujin until his debt to him was paid, but the Tatsujin waved Ritsuo away and merely stated, “Remember those words, and keep Shishigami in your heart at all times. Your debt is not to me, but to the guild itself.”
Ritsuo remember those words as he began training in earnest and focusing on his studies. Ritsuo was known for his flamboyant attitude and penchant for flirting, but he was a brilliant commander and fighter rising quickly to chuunin status. Ritsou soon found himself being groomed as the (???) successor due to his immense skill and apptitude. During his chuunin years Ritsuo was given the nickname, the “Phoenix of Ishibu” by many of the other students for his unique combination of martial arts and weapon techniques. His success led to his promotion to jounin status.
During his jounin years Ritsuo was sent to Tarumizu as an envoy from San-Drik hopefully in order to allow him to shake off some of his flamboyant attitude. It was during his two year tenure there as an envoy from Shishigami he befriended the Raikage and his “daughter”, Linea. During his time there, he learned many things from Kusagare as well as attempting to flirt with Linea often at the annoyance of the Raikage. His tenure there as an envoy was for five years, but at the end of his third year he was called back to San-Drik permanently.
The previous guild master was looking to retirement and Ritsuo was chosen as one of the few Jounin to participate in the tournament for his successor. Ritsuo fought hard in the tournament, defeating his opponents in his first round handily and defeating his second opponent in a fight to the death by incapacitating his opponent but not killing them. Ritsuo actually lost in the last fight to first blood, but the Tatsujin was moved by Ritsuo's capabilities in the second round he named Ritsuo as his successor. His opponent graciously accepted the decision and Ritsuo was declared the winner of the tournament.
It has been a year since Ritsuo formally took over, and the guild has prospered. Ritsuo is known in the village as a sensei in the school but is usually seen drinking in the local inns, teaching children in the streets as opposed to the dojo, and usually wasting time. However, he is actually watching over the village and finding those children with aptitude to join the guild. He is also known for his “wanderlust” which leads to him being away from the village actually assisting in missions from time to time much to the dismay of those under him, but none can say he doesn't get his work done.
However, the time has come for the new Tatsujin to finally reach out to the other guilds. Someone he befriended a long time ago rose to the rank of leader. Perhaps this would be a good place to start reaching out?

Bio: Keitama was born into the Daidoji family which prided itself as a family of ninjas who commited themselves to understanding and having as much information as possible. In the same vein as their philosophy, almost all of the family members are taught speed reading and memorization skills, which give them an advantage in their ability to analyze the situation. However, most of their members delegated themselves to the care and upbringing of other families since their abilities were not truly meant for combat purposes.
Keitama was raised into the family and was a voracious reader, but refused to believe that his only duty was to do reconnaissance and book-keeping. He set out to prove he could become a ninja as well as the others, and has proven to be a trapmaster and has graduated from the academy with flying colors.

Guild Notes: Shishigami is openly a martial arts dojo, focusing on martial arts, meditation, and basic warrior training for any of those interested, no matter their status. Usually a retired member serves as the sensei to the school allowing the guild to focus on the jobs that they usually take. A selected group from the dojos are chosen and examined to become gennin and usually either become proctors for the younger children in the dojo or are given maintenance duties on the grounds depending on their age.
While continuing their duties in and around the dojo, those selected are also forced into a seperate training regimen. This can prove to be grueling with a typical training day consisting of martial arts in the morning, meditation in the afternoon, followed by training late into the night. If the chosen students pass the basic training they are allowed to be called gennin
At this point the gennin are given opportunity to participate in the tournament for promotion privilege.
Those who become chunin are then retrained at the school along with the older students completing the martial arts training at the school as well as being trained and or self-improvement as well as completing some missions.
Upon completion of a set number of missions, chunin are said to have completed “basic training” at the school and must demonstrate their abilities to the jounin and the guild master. Upon success, they are promoted to jounin and are are then usually given positions which take them out of the village in order to complete the more difficult tasks the guild receives as well as to allow their students to view the world.
If they survive their deployments and continue to complete missions successfully, jounin are usually called back right before the winter snows set in and they hold an annual meeting to demonstrate to their peers what they have learned as well as to complete the most extreme missions as teams.
In rare occasions, this annual meeting is turned into a secret tournament held at the training grounds between jounin. These tournaments are usually held during rare festivals in the village to mask their true intention, the naming of a successor to the guild. The tournament allows both sides to choose 1 round of their 2 round fight with a challenge in a demonstration of a skill or in combat with the fights either to first blood or to the death.
