Actually I think they have one of those vest thingys on him so he doesn't fall out of the tree while filming. He made a comment in one of his interveiws about chafing and i think maybe some wedgies?

I bet they didn't notice. Or they did and that's exactly WHY they took the pic. If you look at him closely, his face, to me it almost looks like he's smirking...... but maybe that's just me. I'd love to know why he's really doing that though.
