About Life time goal

I've read in here before a link to a mod having to do with the life time goal.
I couldnt find it so i am posting a request for the mod.
I beleive the mod would change and make the family sims life time want more realistic and easier to get. Instead of marring off like 6 kids, it was three. Or something like that. If any one can link me I would be so very happy.

It reduces the want requirements like you said but also makes them relevant to a Sims' hobby entheusiasm.
