You can still use Q-Express, believe me, it'll work.
Q-Xpress works two ways: Either clock the 'Q' on a downloads page on MTS2, or download it to your computer, then opening Q-Xpress, selecting local install. From here, you can choose a file ALREADY ON YOUR MACHINE, and then click instll. If it's in your downloads folder, it will install into the game. And for me, it installed the other files in my DL folder. Quite convenient.
