Lots to celebrate this week!
Canada Day on July 1 (the Canadian federal government was created in 1867),
Independence Day on July 4 (the American colonies declared their independence from Great Britain in 1776),
Chocolate Day on July 7 (chocolate was introduced in Europe in 1550), and
Ice Cream Sundae Day on July 8 (the first ice cream sundae was served in 1881in Two Rivers, Wisconsin).
And let's not forget July 3! What happened then? Me! biggrin
