Tell her to report it to a mod, and then you can also report the whole situation to a mod. If the girl was contacted by PM tell her to use the report this PM button on the message screen. The same goes for you.
Mods are not going to ban you for not giving someone money, but if you let them know about this other person who is trying to threaten others, they can ban her.
