What in the world does Bella do when she's on her period?!

Obviously Edward would have trouble controlling himself. My friend suggested that at that time of the month, Edward would become "crazy for the crotch."

But seriously...what do you all think?

I never really thought of that before... Perhaps Edward goes away for a while? Don't you just love how characters in books hardly ever have to deal with real life problems?

I'm sure for her time of the month, Edward would stay away.
But not far away, just they probably wouldn't cuddle or anything like that.
But I've also heard the term "Dead Blood" used for this situation.
So he wouldn't thirst for it,
it would just be awkward and he would be able to smell it.
He would also be able to detect when other girls in the class had their period,
So I'm sure it's not the same.
He probably feels so uncomfortable. Poor Edward.

Stephenie Meyer answered that. She said that it was dead blood so it was easier to control his craving.

It's a different kind of blood, dead blood actaully. So, it was would be easy for him to control his cravings for blood. And if you think about it, would you really want to mad for vaginal blood, even if you were a vampire?
