I really don't know, but you know animes, they love to rip out a few things and add fillers.

Look at the First Hellsing T.V. Series, the Plot messed up really bad by the addition of a Naked Genderless Vampire from Africa, and then they made an OVA, based on the Manga.

I haven't seen the Vampire Knight Anime, but i'm guessing they are going to screw up the plot due to the unknown ending of Manga.

Most anime I've seen have left out scenes that the manga reader would love to see. Maybe it's because of the amount they can fit into the anime or the flow of the anime series rather than the one in the manga sad

Yeah, So far from the episodes i've seen, they have taken out a few things and put in a few things, and extended a few other scenes. But it's pretty much on plot i think ^.^

From the looks of it, they're changing the story for the anime, in fact they already have. It's just something one has to accept with anime (or stop watching... I was forced to do that with Bleach). Meh, the anime story is interesting too, I suppose.

They did add that scene in? I haven't gotten as far as episode 12, but the few episodes I have scene there were definite changes =(

That is the exact reason I don't watch the anime.

Um,you DO know that the anime hasn't reached there yet.The anime has only covered the first 20 chapters & a tiny bit of chapter 30 but that YuukixZero scene is in the 20's-ish.

Season 2 will probably cover that so they haven't really skipped anything.

It's just what some anime adptations do. There might, one day, be an anime form of Vampire Knight that follows the manga word for word. And if not, just be glad that there is an anime that you can watch, period.
