WIP - works in progress

This is a dragon pic. I'm working on. I have only the background to complete.
Started: 7-17-08 3 pm
Hours: 3 plus (on and off working)

If you are wondering about the background, I have plans on adding to the left stormy clouds and to the right clouds and sunshine. We'll see what I get done after work tomorrow.
