The mist curls amongst the gnarled trunks of the old trees and the moons light can barely penetrate the heavy branches. There is not a sound from within this elderly forest. Not a creature dares stir amongst the shadows. A beast lurks within the darkness; a creature filled with a lust of bloodshed. It has no conscience. There will be no mercy. Your body shall feed the trees.
TURN BACK NOW
That is your last warning. Now, for those foolish enough to keep walking forward, instead of running back the other way, welcome....
Welcome to the domain of the God of Demons.

The God
A violent and unpredictable god, not even he knows what’s going through his head half the time. He reacts mostly on his primal instincts, and can’t be expected to follow any kind of logic. Bloodlust lurks constantly beneath the surface and he exudes an aura of violent rage that would make most tremble at the knees... if not faint on the spot.
Be careful of his shifting moods.

A very few have a true relationship with Malum and are an integral part of his life. Whether he really cares or not is a matter up for debate, but he is extremely possessive over them. They mostly dwell within his temple and are blessed with his protection.
Malum’s Mortal Lover
Aisenma is insane! She has a wicked streak that has been known to put more then one demon on bed rest. She has a mild case of amnesia and often acts out because of this. She cares for little besides hunting, killing, and eating. It’s her baser instincts that she sees no other reason to live for and thus lives to do them and little else. However she does have two loves, her family, for who she would do anything for them, without even batting an eyelash. And pain, causing and receiving. She's fiercely loyal to those who have earned it and has a playful, cuddly streak that few will ever see. And besides her often skewed view on the world, she's just your average ordinary, everyday, girl next door demon.
His Mortal Children
Dark Angelic Children
AND MUTTER he's somewhere lol

The Temple
The temple itself, once you get past the dark, confusing forest around it, has been carved straight into a step rock face. The temple’s entrance is the jagged opening of a cave, the darkness within almost a physical thing you can touch. Blood is splattered across the ground, on the rock and ground. The whole area has the distinct tang of the lovely red liquid. This is not a place for the feint of heart. Your going in are you? Okay then. Once you’re far enough along the tunnel, torches begin to appear to light your way, and the path continues downwards.
You’re in the lair of the beast and he knows you’re here.
You’ve reached a large cavern. It is used as a meeting point for all the other tunnels branching off, and also the spot where Malum will most likely be beating you in little pieces. There are three ‘hallway’s leading off from that main hall. The first has many small, unused rooms leading off it... at the end there is a room where the basic necessities for staying alive (some food, water, various items that have found there way there) are kept.
Going to the right means you’re about to step into an area where the ‘lucky’ few are brought. Those not killed out in the forest come here. Malum enjoys the art of torture. He considers himself a master. And after all that practising he does, well... he should be. Screams shall come from this quarter and continues for many long hours before the poor soul within is allowed to die.
Forward from the cavern to see Malum’s private quarters. You are not welcome here. Very few are. It is an almost cosy place; a warm room with blankets and pillows galore. It is meticulously clean. Not a speck of blood here and Malum is most unhappy when his blankets do get sullied. Even getting to close to Malum’s sanctuary will result in absolute rage.

Honoured Guests
All of Malum's extensive family fall under this banner.
Mafisto , Ranoll, (brothers), , Marashka, Rad'ira, and Alys (half sisters), Churel (mother), Nalenth (father), Adonnenniel (grandmother), Malis (grandfather), Pydra, Sylwia, Viray, and Ashor (aunts and uncle), Sabrina (great-aunt), Nexus, Aughia, and ??? (cousins), fifty billions others. D:
Excluded from the list are his half-sisters born from his father (Marilena, Velvet Saffron). Those who have married into the family are also warned staying away is the better option.
Those especially welcome are his brothers and his grandparents.
Malum is protective of his family, something ingrained within him from when he was young. He doesn't actually 'love' them per say, but as a mortal he would have fought to the death for them. It is best to stay on his families good side. One word from Ranoll and Malum would get rid of any nuisances within a second.

Hangers-onRead on for those ready to serve the God of Demons. Should you prove to not be as annoying as the rest of them, Malum may decide to tolerate your existence within the temple. Of course, tolerate doesn’t mean he won’t hurt you when he’s in a foul mood... or even when he’s just bored. It also doesn’t mean he likes you. He doesn’t.
Prey If you’re classed as prey, you are a creature that Malum will barely spare a glance. He has allowed you within his home and you had better respect his rather violent nature by keeping out of the way. Every now and then he’ll throw you around, break a few bones, just to remind you whose the boss and then he’ll leave you alone again.
- Nobody, bless their lucky souls.
Predator Oh you lucky thing. What sort of evil, depraved acts have you done in order to be promoted? Malum considers you worthy of the title demon. He still won’t pay you that much attention, unless you want it. But every now and then he’ll bring you a gift and watch almost proudly as you kill it for him. He will expect you to destroy any idiots who wander into the forest.
Shadows This is a place reserved for those that various members of his family, or anyone he actually gives a damn about, have begged him not to kill. They’re only alive because of another kat’s protective influence. Malum will generally treat them as if they don’t exist.
- Hm.

Servants A spot for those who have somehow come to the position of serving Malum. Demons will very rarely be put in this position.

Fanart! In the event of people thinking Malum is so made of win that he requires art, this is where it will be put... so that everybody can go ‘Ooooo! Wow!’. ;D
Anyone kind enough to do said art.... I’ll love you forever. <3

- Art by Prolixity.

[- Cynic -] As he plunged himself into the darkness of the cave, Cynic's intuition told him he had nothing to fear... yet. Once in the forest, he had been able to feel a lack of traps and trickery, and this void had persisted even into the temple opening. He had to remind himself that he would soon be in the presence of a god, or else he may have let this 'Malum' character know what he thought of his lax security. If he wasn't such a damned curious Fae, he wouldn't even have come here, but his recent agonizing defeat and loss of the title 'God of Demons' had been too much. And here he was. The torches that had lit his way began to space out and soon left him completely to encircle a vast room. He could only assume this was where he would see his previous enemy and new god. But, it seemed, s=nobody was home... And he still hadn't even seen a simple falling boulder. Maybe he would give this guy a few tips on bettering his security, after all... "Hello?" he called into the room, allowing his call to echo down the various chambers. "I was told there'd be a deity here somewhere!"

Malum presence became known by a small sigh that somehow managed to be heard throughout the entire cavern. At first appearance he could have been a simple stone boulder that revealed itself when he shifted, uncurling upwards. He stood and stretched, working out a few kinks throughout his body, tail brushing against the floor idly. This recent promotion to godhood was an interesting thing indeed. The increase in power, that allowed him to do nearly anything he wished, was still being carefully and methodically explored. At the start he had been annoyed to find all his plaything died within moments of their torture beginning, asking him call upon all his patience and restraint to get them to at least last an hour.
But now he had something else to occupy his time. Malum would have thought the warnings that entering his home was a ‘bad thing’ would have been sufficient. The forest’s ambience kept most at bay. How interesting to find somebody here. Finally turning his gaze to Cynic, his dark eyes seemingly holding no emotion, he studied the demon. On some small level he recognized him as one of those who had also attempted to take this prize, perhaps more seriously than Malum had. The deity took a few ungraceful steps forward.
He spoke in his deep, gravely voice, the sound capable of sending a shiver down most spines. “That.... would be me.”

[- Cynic -] "Oh! It would indeed!" Cynic cheered, clapping his hands exuberantly. "That was one hell of a trick, er... What do I call you now? I have heard tale that your name is Malum, but it doesn't seem quite right for a god, ya know?" He studied the newfound God, and, sad to say, he had to admit that he certainly fit the part of a God of Demons. "Not bad," he said to himself, nodding and making his most serious face. He stopped once ore, realizing he had just spoken aloud and allowed himself a chuckle. He could only assume this Malum didn't have quite the same funny bone as he.

Malum’s head took on a curious tilt as Cynic clapped away. Watching the blue demon, he was reminded of another foolish creature that dwelt within his family’s home.... and Malum had never liked that fool.
His approach had stopped and now he continued, moving with his jerky, uneven steps and taking his own sweet time in reaching Cynic. When he eventually reached him Malum circled around the other demon, expression still unreadable, before finally coming to a halt before the mortal. He reached out, tapping Cynic’s little golden ball earring with his claw, making it jingle (I assume it jingles xD).
“Malum...” He said, his voice low. “Is a good name.” A sharp-toothed smirk spread across his face, and he caught Cynic’s gaze, a glimmer of a mad humour within. “Yes?”
