The only way you can is if you dowload the sim, there are many on the exchange on the sims 2 website. I've tried the other way, shift+click with boolProp and make selectable, but he always disapears.

Death, like the reapo man and social worker, is not intended to be interacted with. The only way you could ever get Grimmie to live with you is to use Kitties' method of using a fake.

Like Kitty said, simply using boolrpop to add Grim will just result in his disappearence after a little while. I'd go with Kittie's way.
