West Kai is the tiny monocle-wearing Kaio with purple skin who acts as North Kaio's adversary during the afterlife martial arts tournement where Goku and Pikkon first fought in together against one another. Usually mocking North Kaio about being a "dead" Kai. His greatest student so far has been Pikkon, and he always boasts about how much stronger his fighters are than any of the other Kai's pupils, particularly those of North Kai.
