I think it might just be your game getting confused. Like how sometimes an adult Sim needing to pee may show a baby's bottle in the thought bubble instead. I wouldn't worry about it unless it has become a regular occurance.

Which icon Maggot? The bottle or the constellation? The bottle is thought by hungry toddlers and the constellation (which came with FT) is thought (usually) when Sims are stargazing with a telescope or blogging about science.
