I'm not sure...I usually play favorites for Edward, but when I think of who I would choose, it's really hard.

I'm not sure because I don't how I would react to all of the situations that bella has been put through and I don't know who my actions would bring me closer to. xD It's a tough question, really!

I'm team Switzerland, but for romance I choose Edward and as a best friend I choose Jake. Bella should be able to get both, right?

If I were in Bella's shoes, I'd chose Edward. Of course, had I been in Bella's shoes, I wouldn't be letting Jacob hold my hand or put his arms around me, etc. I've been in situations kinda like that before. I understand the vulnerability of post-break up but naturally, I just wouldn't react the way she had. I'd be the zombie, etc, but after Edward, I wouldn't let any guys get that close to me like Bella let Jacob do. Heck, I don't let any of my guy friends now (even though I'm not "vulnerable" or anything) get that close to me. Holding hands with a platonic guy friend? I don't think so. I wouldn't let Jacob do that just because he knows that's not how I feel.

Quite frankly, I find tall, dark, and handsome to be a little overrated. What about kindness? What about intelligence? What about financial stability? Level-headedness? All I can see Jacob doing is becoming a mechanic... A mechanic's paycheck is not as high as my ideal husband would take home, although when it comes to my boyfriend and I's future professions, I'd be the one making more money. So just because he knows how to work on cars doesn't really impress me. I mean, I can work on my car and if I don't know how, I can just look it up. Plus, he's too immature for me.

I liked Jacob as a friend because I saw alot of my guy friends in him. You know, when my boyfriend is overseas for six months at a time, and I'm sick of hanging out with my girlfriends who talk about boys all the time, that's who I go to--my guy friends. They're just funny and carefree. Of course, as I said, I wouldn't let them get so far as to be holding my hand or anything (not unless I'm crying) so even then, Jacob was crossing a line and it just proves to me even more of how immature he was. I would have to agree that when Jacob became a werewolf, he was much worse. He was alot more spiteful. My guy friends would NEVER talk smack about my boyfriend or ANY of my other friends just because they didn't like them because they respect me enough to let me make my own decisions on who I want to hang out with. Ever hear the quote "don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer to?" It's kinda like what Jacob did. He kept pushing for Bella and him to connect and was continually hurt when she rejects him even though he knew she was going to.

When it comes to the "fun" issue, I don't really see Bella missing out just because she's not with Jacob. Just because they don't go out to the movies doesn't make Edward "no fun." He just happens to find more mature ways to entertain himself. Perhaps the ballet or something cool like that. I don't think Jacob would have thought of anything like that, plus he wouldn't be able to afford good seats. If Bella really felt deprived of "normal" fun things, she would ask and Edward would not hesitate even if he were bored, etc. Besides, in New Moon, Jacob had to get Bella to pay for his movie ticket. Bella would not have to deal with things like paying for stuff when she was with Edward. Of course, it's not about money, but if it were, Edward would win. What it's about is that Bella isn't normal. I'm kinda like her in the sense that my idea of "fun" isn't everyone else's idea of fun. I mean, I like to read, and go to the opera, etc. I think Bella's more into that than normal teenager stuff. An example of this would be when Edward takes her to prom and she's horrified. She doesn't feel deprived because she can't dance, and therefore doesn't normally go to dances or do other normal teenage stuff anyway.
