Neighborhood View Issues

When you're in neighborhood view, the two houses I've been playing the most aren't even houses. You can see staircases and the roof and the car. neutral
Is this because of my messed up graphics card, or is it the game?
Cause it's only doing this to houses I play frequently. ninja

Sounds like a graphics thing. Have you done any building on the lots recently? Maybe the game isn't updating the neighbourhood view properly.
