How do you get Comix Zone on Sonic Mega Collection?

You're probably thinking of Sega Genesis Collection that has Comix Zone.

Comix Zone is on Sega Collection Pack 2 for PC.

You can get comix zone! But the problem is, mega collection has to be the japanese version. there's a code you enter on the game select screen i think, but I don't remember it off the top of my head...sorry!
