Omg, she's so cute!
I'd totally choose her if I was gonna play as a Wavemaster. cool
She reminds me a bit of Mistral and Shino combined. As for her dress and bloomers... make them green? There's no more of the green on her hat anywhere else, so maybe that would look nice?
