Do the pre-paid cards for WoW come any higher than 2 months? I'd appreciate an answer.

The only methods for getting game time for the USA WoW that I know of are:
- Being subscribed via monthly payments with credit card
- Buying 2 month game cards (originally 1 month, but blizz decided to make moar money. I suppose it's possible to acquire some of the original unused prepaid 1 month cards...)
- Recruiting a friend who upgrades to a full account (you get 1 free month)
- Sending a "scroll of resurrection" to a friend who has been inactive for a few months, and having them renew their account (you get 1 free month)
- Reward from the WoW visa card (lolwut)
That's all I know of. I know in other countries they sell game time in hourly/daily increments for internet cafes.
