Star Wars: Clone Wars

A little late, I know. Opinion?
It comes out tomorrow, I won't be seeing it.

No one seems to remember there was a series of two-minute shorts called the clone wars on cartoon network that took place between movies two and three I think. They were really good but this movie is going to ruin it.

Mini-series already exist, movie's redundant, etc.

Personally, I'm going to avoid it untill it hits the bargain bin in 6 months - 2 years so I can watch it and instantly regret it.

They were 5 or 15 minutes, and they later showed them in half hour blocks. Also, lots of people remembered and loved it since it was Samurai Jack but star wars.

I am not impressed with the animation stylisation... it looks a little simplistic, like the kind of animation you'd find on weekday cartoons..

Well, now that I've seen the movie, and the first season of the animated series has ended on Cartoon Network, I can officially say that my formed oppinion is crap. It still has that Star Wars feel to it, but it just feels too dumded down for kids.
