Okay, first off I have to say, Naruto is annoying, I know I know... my profile right? Well if you look it says KAZEKAGE!!!! Meaning that is from the Shipppuuden series. Personally, I really prefer that over the "Dattabyo!" "Believe it!" phrases from the original Naruto series... Also, where the heck is the long hand seal sequences like the Zabuza and Kikashi fight. I mean 41 hand seals of perfection LOL! That is the whole reason why I watch Naruto... not for stupid flashbacks that turns a 46 minute fight (Sasuke x Naruto) into a 3 episode long fight.... I mean COME ON!! (or was it 4) >_<... Either way... i have to say, I really reflect the most with... YOU GUESSED IT! Gaara of the sand. Personally something about him really hits home with me. I dunno... that is my take on the whole comparison... I mean the whole Water Dance by Hinata (my fav female character) Was absolutely exotic and beautiful... I really just made me stop and think a lot...

My questions for you... Naruto? or Shippuuden? And why?
Your most resembled character and why?
And fav same sex character?

Long post coming, but... Read the manga? Thats my best advice. No 46 minute fights in there that spill into multiple episodes and they have only done one or two attacks (i.e. classic DBZ style I will spend the ENTIRE episode charging my attack, only to channel it out and then have "Coming next week!" pop up) but yeah... hehehehe

I do like both manga and the anime for Naruto, yes yes... But I will always advocate the manga more. Kishimoto really has a way with his panel planning, they just flow and he draws so things so interestingly... The fights are especially nice on the page, some of the best of any manga, but hey, seeing them come alive is cool too. I think the thing I dislike about the Naranime is the voices in both Japanese and also English bug me, which is a rare thing hehe. Theyre nothing like I imagined nearly any of them...

I don't really prefer shippuden over the younger days. There is another potential time skip coming in the manga, too, by the way, unless Kishimoto handles it a bit differently than the first... one where training was necessary and going to take a while. Anyway, I like the series as a whole.

And for my favorite character... and actually the one who is like me... I know I'll be the odd one out for sure, but... its...

Naruto. Seriously, I love the guy. I root for him like mad. He's always funny to me. I really feel for him too, he is a great pariah character, who not only wants to be accepted, but to do something great for people. I love good Ramen like he does too hehe, and if you happen to be caught up, his current round of training with the frogs for Senjutsu is HILARIOUS! "I'll whack the chakra right out of you!"

I just wish I had Naruto's unbeatable spirit and work ethic. Otherwise I am very good at being cheerful and random like he is, yet lovable. hehehe. Ahem. So I have been told...

I also like him cause he will make the ultimate transformation in the series, because of how he has to inevitably grow up. He's honest and straightforward to a fault, and that means he is going to suffer the hardest betrayals, and will grow exponentially to overcome them.

For the flames to come, yeah, he is the most immature, and still has a lot of growing up to do, but thats one of the best things about him! I also love the Fourth, and the Fourth is the shadow of how awesome Naruto will be hehe. Believe people. Thats his "NINJADOU!"

I'm such a Naruto Uzumaki fan I bought (at rather high price) a Cospa brand yellow and blue Naruto jacket (original series style, a few months after I bought it, they put out an even more pricey orange and black one shippuden one >,<). Has the red swirly on the back and a little konoha leaf on the left chest area. I'll have to take a pict of it. I just need to buy a nice headband to go with it...

The thing I like about the series the most, however, is that all the Naruto characters grow and change! Sometimes in series you don't get character development, you just see how badass the main ones are, and the incidentals are just are fodder to die or initiate plot stuff... But not in Naruto. The characters all are so good.

In that regard, Shikamaru is my other favorite. What a change he makes! He is so awesome!

Now I don't disagree, however, Shippuuden really makes Naruto's presence known when he was saving the Kazekage... His ability to make everyone his friend... but speaking along those lines... I don't like how all he can do is Shadow Clones and the Rasengan... And he wins every time or at least completes the objective... I dunno, seems like he is TOO convenient of a character... sorta like DBZ... RAAAAWR *constipated grunt* "Now I am going to do something drastic BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!! Okay Goku wins again! yay?

Yeah Naruto has a limited pallet to work with, which is actually one of my favorite things about him wink But he's really just learning things, he was the worst at the academy, after all.

He has willpower beyond anyone else, that's why, even with his weak skills, he surprises everyone and can actually win. I love it! And, he usually does it with help from his friends. That's why the Leaf will have to be divided for anyone evil to actually be able to win against them.

The day will come when Naruto is anything but weak, too, hehe. His senjutsu training is going to be freaking awesome when the results come.

I cannot wait to see him learn a wind based attack other than the Rasengan.... I really cannot wait!!

first off i just have to say episode 187. I can barely remember the last chapter number for my favorite manga, or even like my friends phone numbers. But it has been two years and I still can't forget the number 187. You see i had decided to watch all of naruto online, and with in weeks i had watched over 100 episodes after that i found it hard to keep going, but i forced my self to keep going. After Episode 187, i could not go on..i couldn't take one more flash back, one more battle or anything. I still can't watch Naurto even though i do want to finish it... i can't even read the manga, i will forever be stopped at episode 187.

I don't really like the plot, charter development it pretty good, and i heard a rumor about what the ending is, although i am not sure i believe it, it would be the best ending ever! so it does have a few things going for it, but not enough for me to continue.

how ever i can answer most of your question from when i did like the show.

1. i never made it to Shippuuden so i guess that answers that.

i most resemble physically Ino, i look enough like her that i made a cosplay... i haven't taken pic's or anything, but i will in the future. i have these woods near my house that are perfect for naruto. but i act the most like Hinata, not so much as i use to, but i am rather shy in person. Oh and i was kind of kicked out of my house similar to the way she was. But that's another story for another time.

well there really are not that maybe girl to choose from i ways though hinata was cute, and stuff and most of the other girls are annoying, but i like some of the older females on the show. Though i couldn't tell you there names if my like depended on it.

but really over all naruto isn't the best thing out there and it wouldn't be hard for anyone to find better.

the art work i would say is average, not extremely pretty, bloody, cool, or different. i am kind of picky with art work, but that's just me. i mean it's nothing that really wants to make me look at one page again and again.

like i said before the plot is that great, it is repetitive, and is like a lot of other shonen manga out there. and they seem to milk them for all they are worth like 50 some volumes of inuyasha i mean really who bought all of those? but some one has and no matter who many volume of naruto comes out they are going to buy them.

and though i could most likely think of more to say i will be stopping here, for now at least

Yes it is and 72 was just released! Great homage to Azuma, you really get to know him better and his personal struggle that he had determining who the true king is.

Dude, the characters in most anime today are totally NOT realistic. Give it up. Just because he/she's the main character, doesn't mean they have to win every battle with oh my...A TINY STRUGGLE! OH NO! Seriously. Give me a break. Nobody's this flawless. Sure, the heroes in DBZ or Naruto definitely are NOT perfect, but they win every battle. And the Enemy always becomes the one those rabid fan girls online call "hot". Okay, tell me this. How can a fictional character be hot? I don't care how much you dream about them, but get this! THEY'RE NOT REAL. Isn't that amazing??? I like a manga where the hero fails for once sometimes...But not always. Because think of this: to make a good villain, they have to be a hero in their own purpose. The villains should touch the reader's heart, but still be bad. Like in Hoshin Engi. Bunchu has a nice storyline, but he has so much faith in the king, he can not become Taikobo's ally. Kind of sad, really.

Wrong... Naruto lost against Sasuke in their big debut before Orochimaru took over Sasuke. Naruto lost to Orochimaru when he transformed with the 4th Fox Demon Tail in Shippuuden. He also lost to Sasuke with his new Chidori Blade. He lost to Sai when he encountered him the first time. He nearly lost control vs. Diedra....... so... No... Naruto does not always win. DBZ I will agree with. But Naruto.. not as much so. Also... Naruto is not even a CHUUNIN yet!!!

Different strokes for different folks. Seriously, sometimes the hentai that is released is so incredibly beautifully drawn... you cannot HELP but fall in love with it.
