GENNINS
Low level Gennin- If you start this RP as a gennin you have to be a lower level one, You can't be the top gennin becuase someone has already taken it. You will be restricted to:
1 special technique for each section (Nin, Gen, Tai).
All of the basics.
And finally, non-perfected Kekki Genkai's [optional].
Mid level Gennin- As you advance through the RP you can learn new techniques/fighting stlyes. Once you are at Mid level you are not as restricted as the Low level:

CHUUNINS

Finally, now your a Chuunin, Being a low level Chuunin isn't that different from being a high level Gennin so... Only 17 technique points. You are now able to use your Kekki Genkai more efficiently.
Mid level Chuunin
Now were getting somewhere, now you can lead a party of three Gennin's or become a techer. Isn't it great? You also have a resposiblity to keep. Now that your moving up the Ranks, you have to watch over the young ones. AKA Crazy Gennins. You are granted 20 technique points. Yep, thats a lot o' techniques... And you Kekki Genkai is getting really good. Keep on praticing.
High level Chuunin

She usually wears her brown hair in a ponytail and dresses like the older girls she sees. She always has a smile on her face which Sabu always says makes her blue eyes sparkle. Ninjutsu: Bunshin no jutsu, Kawarimi Genjutsu: none Taijutsu: Basic attacks Kinjutsu: N/A Background: Kiko is the only daughter of Sabu and Chiyo Huno. He now works for the Tsuchi Country as a mercenary.

This causes the skin of the user to turn a moss greenish color and eyes to turn black. [Status- Not mastered or discovered; Most it will last: a few seconds; very poor effects] Apperance: She is slightly tanned, and has shoulder-length black raven hair and bubblegum pink streaks that are braided into thin, messy braids, her bangs are also ver spiky. Her eyes are a light green, the irises a darker green. She usually wears a bright pink T-shirt that has the character for 'flower' in bold, on the back it has the Konoha symbol. She wears black capris and dark green ninja sandals. She has from her knees to her ankles bandaged, and her left arm all bandaged. She wears leather gloves. Her kunai holster is on her left leg, she wears a leather belt around her hips that hold her Golden Sais. Imaginary petals surround the opponent, blinding them, giving an opening to attack. A way to escape this illusion you must inflict pain, or chakra must be flowing from another person to you. liz bliz Name: Tou Hotaru (means firefly) Age: 12 Rank: Genin Clan: Tou Kekki Genkai: Sainamugan Appearance: lanky and tall for his age, standing at 5'0" with pale, untanned skin from living in the swamps around the hidden dead village. He has pure white hair in a Kakashi style messy mass, and black eyes as well as either an uncaring, almost lazy look on his face or a dead serious, killer instinct look, almost like he has two different sides to his personality. He usually wears all black long sleeves and black pants and wears his headband around his head in the traditional way that usually has a slight slant to it. Weapons: Special Tou made tools for interrogation, and for assassination. Some his favorite weapons are: -Razor throwing disks (think predators throwing disks (from AVP)) -A metal sphere that can change into many different bladed and shrapnel weapon types depending on what button is push of piece twisted before he throws it. -A disk shaped blade on a chain that can be charged with charka to gain chainsaw like blades that's connected to a handle of course. Items in Kuani Pouch: Tou assassin disks and balls, interrogation tools, basic ninja armament. Favorite saying: "Piss off before I get mad." Ninjutsu- Wind Corkscrew Taijutsu- Backdraft Rendan Genjutsu- Burning Water Tar Pit Background: Hotaru is unpredictable if the term was ever defined right. He can be as calm as a rock one moment, and as deadly and wantonly destructive as a shrapnel bomb the next. He seems to either have an emotionless, killer, almost empty look to his face or a lazy "So what" look. He doesn't rely well on others but knows when another's skills can complement his own or achieve what his cannot. He shows signs of being a master tactician and levels out the lack of such intuitiveness of his teammate Kaigan Shuuki has outside of a fight. One of his major problems he has is his lack of emotional attachment to the people he sets up in his winning scenarios, sacfricing many to achieve a goal. He sometimes thinks of the people as mere pieces on a chessboard, expendable. He is slowly learning to take the human factor into consideration in his training within his three-man cell under Yochimu Akira. Hotaru hails from the Hidden Dead village. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Ohmu Ryuuko (means a tiger and dragon or something like that) Age: 11 Rank: Genin Clan: 4/8 Tao, 3/8 Ohmu, and 1/8 Kama Kekki Genkai: Ohmu regeneration from his father, Kama immunities from his grandfather and fledgling Mangetsugans from his mother's side. Appearance: just like his father, Ryuuko is somewhat shorter than average, only 4'7", but built like a brick s**t house. He may not have the Ohmu symbiotes but he can take as much or more than he can deal out. He has one gray eye and one dark green. His hair is the shaggy but short and blackest black. His skin is tanned a light brown. He wears the usual male Ohmu dress, so most of the time he wears baggy pants and a black sleeveless shirt with a sleeveless leather jerkin and under that a black, form fitting black, rubbery material they call "liquid rock" that harden when an object impact it at high speed. They're covered by a Gung-Xi (like a poncho but thinner so it only covers the front and back), which has a diamond shaped design on it and is held on by a wide leather belt with fur lining on it. He wears cloths like Gaara (when he's KazeKage) for ceremonies and meetings. Weapons: Usual ninja weapons, Tomo tree, seeds for plant jutsus. Items in Kuani Pouch: scroll for an emergency summon that is unique to the Ohmu clan. It is known as "Ygdrassil" Favorite saying: "Preparation beats haste" -Ninjutsu Leaf rain Turtle shell -Taijutsu Rising talon -Genjutsu Leaf Blind -Kinjutsu [do not fill out]: Background: Ryuuko is the son of Ohmu Rio and Yin Tao Reena, the next in the line of ninjas that have had great things expect of them since birth. And because he has the blood of three of the most prestigious clans in the vortex regions, they all have their eyes on him. Many Taos did and still do consider him a blemish upon their clan, being the only one of Tao decent in memory that has not had a twin, especial one with a parent of full Tao blood. In fact it is rumored that had his parents and grandparents not been who they were an attempt on his life would have already been made to get rid of what some Taos consider a disgrace, though their number is rapidly decreasing. He is gifted as expected of someone of his lineage, though he seems to not have found he personal rhythm yet for his own style, having his hands in too many jars at once you might say. After graduating early from the Ash academy, Ryuuko was placed in a three-man cell with Tou Hotaru and Kaigan Shuuki underneath a mysterious elite Jonin by the name of Yochimu Akira who has trained them without pause for the past three months. Ryuuko hails from Hidden Ash. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Kaigan Shuuki (means autumn/fall air) Age: 10 Rank: Genin Clan: Kaigan Kekki Genkai: none Appearance: Average body and height for a girl of he age, she has a semi-hourglass figure and shoulder length dirty blonde hair she usually wears natural but sometimes ties in a ponytail, usually on missions so it won't get in her eyes. She wears cloths much like Anko (I like the clothes ok? So sue me). She wears her headband around her right upper arm. Weapons: tan-tos (ninja-to), strait edged katana and short katana, tonfas with blades instead of poles and special gloves made to be able to catch a bladed object in your hand with no injury (beyond a bruise if it hits hard enough). Items in Kuani Pouch: normal ninja armament and has special scrolls for summoning special weapons. Favorite saying: "My hand is faster than your head" -Ninjutsu Lightning Gloves -Taijutsu ~ Master of Lighting Shadow Taijutsu style ~ (due to Kaigan decent she was required to create her own style, while she is technically a master of it, it grows in strength as she does and makes it better) Lightning's Shadow Rendan Thunder and lightning -Genjutsu Swaying Vision -Kinjutsu [do not fill out]: Background: Shuuki of the Kaigan clan, the undisputed Taijutsu geniuses of the world. She followed their tradition of creating her own Taijutsu style upon her graduation from the academy. She is not, and is not related to, any important people in her clan, though her parents are both respected for their Jonin status. She hails from the hidden Light village and is part of the three-man cell under Yochimu Akira of the hidden Shadow.

Rank: Advanced Jounin (Special Permission granted by Genji) Clan: Hybrid - Uchiha and Ryuujin; Missing Nin of the Ryuujin Clan Kekki Genkai: Hybrid - Uchiha's Sharingan and Ryuujin's Ryuugan: Ryuuringan Apperance: Long, flowing hair. Once was red, but now is blackish red, like dark blood. He's standing now around 5 feet 9 inches, his body is average build. His eyes went from a shade of black, to a dark shade of blue. His skin, is lightly tanned. Weapon: Dual Katana: Karahime (Ice) and Kakimaru (Fire) Items in Kunai Pouch(es): (Left Leg/Kunai Holster): Several Kunais along with one Scroll of Summoning (Right Leg/Scroll Holster): Five Scrolls of Weapon Summoning (Waist:Back/Others): Unknown Number of Scrolls of Ryuujin Warrior Summoning. His skin is tanned, like his dad. Eye colour has a shade of dark green in it. Its unknown how it came to be. However, his face looks more like the mother, and with the blondish hair, he often is mistaken for a girl. Weapon [optional]: Two Kodoichi - Kirihime and Raiouji Items in Kunai Pouch: Several Kunais, dozen Shurikens, wire and two E-tags. Favorite saying: "Woohoo, I'm so excited!!!" Ninjutsu: >Lvl 1 Rairyuuken (Ryuujin Tradition Basic) >Lightening Shotgun (Seal-less) Genjutsu: >Bunshin no jutsu Taijutsu: >TenRyuuken Kinjutsu: >N/A Background: A child to Ryuujin Mitsuki and Uchiha Kenji. Through an early love affair, he was born when Mitsuki was only 17. Though somewhat of a dishonourable thing, Kenji made up for it and was then forgiven fo his action, and was allowed to father the child. Ryuujin was allowed to be called Uchiha too, and like an Uchiha, he has skill and talent. However, he has the qualitites of a Ryuujin; quick-thinking and the ingenuity. He made it to be a top rookie in the Academy in the Wing Village. However, this time, he's not the only one. Many became top rookies, but none could match Ryuujin. It was said that he is to be sent to Konoha for further training... will he make it?
LordSploosh Name: Ishikawa Seji Age: 14 Rank: Low Genin Clan [optional]: Ishikawa, known only for their relation to an imfamous theif who was not, in fact, a ninja. Because of this Seji is often teased for having a lousy bloodline. Kekki Genkai [optional]: Over time, the Ishikawa clan began to specialize in water-related jutsus. As a result, all Seji's ninjutsu techniques have a sharp lean towards water jutsus. Apperance: Seji is somewhat short and skinny for his age. His muscles are lean and visible as he rarely ever wears clothing with sleeves. Taping is wrapped about his wrists leading down almost to elbows, leaving his fingers free. He often wears a sleeveless pale blue shirt with light chain mesh beneath. He wears long shorts that end just an inch or so past his knees, where more taping bridges the distance between shorts and blue ninja sandals. His hair is a bright blue, his eyes green, both strange traits prevelant in Ishikawas. In addition, he often wears a strange-looking pair of bright green-tinted goggles, and usually places them over his eyes when preparing a water jutsu. Weapon [optional]: None Items in Kunai Pouch [Kunai, Shuriken, Summoning Scroll.. etc etc]: Two kunai, several dozen senbon kept in bundles and a summoning scroll intended to be used to summon fish when Seji has the proper skills. Favorite saying: Nothing in particular, but Seji is usually the one to exclaim worn lines like, "Let's rock!" before a fight. Ninjutsu: Mizu no Senbon-utilizing nearby water, Seji creates senbon needles. Genjutsu: Bunshin no Jutsu Taijutsu: Mizu Kaisen-A chakra-less version of Neji's whirling technique, Seji spins around and thrashes his limbs out in a very freeform way, often dropping to his hands and kicking out with his legs. Kinjutsu [Do not fill out]: Background: Seji is, in a lot of ways, similar to Naruto. Or so he was told by some of his parents, who were "friends of friends" of Naruto's. Seji had no depressing childhood, though. He was mostly ignored. That, however, annoyed him, for he always wished to be acknowledged for being an amazing ninja. He even developed the Mizu no Senbon technique without being taught, in hopes of someone showing their awe. No one did, however-Seji's parents were often busy running their ramen shop, and rarely showed him attention. They were good people; just busy. Seji's wish to be acknowledged drove him on through the ninja academy, slowly giving him an edge towards taijutsu and water techniques. Now he comes off as an extremely confident, if not arrogant, lolligagger who often likes to pick fights just for fun. His light-heartedness often lends itself in the form of teasing and pranks, but rarely does Seji ever truly get mad at anyone, for any reason. Seji today is often seen with a grin on his face and goggles over his eyes as he tries to focus water into a sphere.

Nearly everybody in his clan died of the result. He was one of the few survivors. After the terrible incident he fled to the Hidden Leaf Village. There he began to train his bloodline limit. 15 years have passed since then. Many things happened. He fell in love. After a while she gave birth to a boy. A true genius. Kye Izumi was always alone for this reason. He never really had much friends or could be around people for long since he seemed to just be to quite for others at times. He himself would have bin killed but the Kage at the time took pity on him and razed him as his own child. The Kage had also sealed his Kekki Genkai because he feared that the villagers would revolt and sub-plant him as Kage. As Sifu grew up the seal that held his Kekki Genkai slowly wore off, the Kage taught Sifu to master the abilities that became available to him as the seal wore off. Silly Genji ((First RP post. whee )) A young boy pushed his way out of a tight crowd. He seemed to be searching for someone. He spotted him. Sora ran as fast as he could to his father and he was welcomed with a warm embrace. "I did it, dad!" He boy exclaimed. "You sure did! You're a ninja genius!" Shinji said, finally letting go of him. "Where is Kiko?" "She's coming out soon. It's hard to get out of that crowd," Sora frowned.
Kiko squeezed out of the crowd and nearly tripped. She was so excited. A real ninja. No more pretend behind the academy, she would be able to take on missions! Spotting Sora, she ran up and glomped him. "We did it Sora-kun!!" Tears tried to escape her eyes. |
