	I am the Mindfreak...There's no reality, only this world of illusions.... Is it possible for another sim to propose to your sim?

	Do you mean can they do it on their own? If so then no. Sims can flirt and serenade and kiss without being told but they cannot propose on their own. If you are playing a female Sim and she is dating a sim who you can't control then only she can propose unless you use cheats to control the other Sim.
