Okay so a few days ago we were talking about the Twilight books in my English class and my teacher pointed out. Were like a cult. lol think about we kind of are. I mean hell yeah im fine with that cause i love the books but she was right lol. So do any of you agree or do think i should just shut up lols.

i've actually known a little baout the structure of a cult and sadly enough we have most of the basics... lol. in a morbid way it's entertaining. lol

I don't know about being a cult.
I think there are two types of Twilight fans: firstly, there are the original Twilight fans who started reading the books because they were good, and then there are the later Twilight fans who started reading the books because everyone else was talking about them.
And then there are also the Twilight fans who can still regard the series objectively, and admit there may be flaws, compared to the Twilight fans who compulsively deny that there is anything imperfect about Twilight. Interestingly enough, the later Twilight fans behave like the latter, and the original Twilight fans behave more like the former.

I agree. i was one of the early ones. i had actually found them at school looking to see if my school had vampire novels just because i like them so much. (huge anne rice fan) and i came across them and literally not three weeks later everyone was reading them. it was insane.

dude im kinda of one of the first few like my old friend was like telling me i should read them and i was like yeah okay i guess so (cause i use to like hate reading) and so i read new moon and fell in love with it then i read twilight and that was even more amazing and now i beat up my boyfriend if he makes some sort of insult about Edward.........i feel bad for him......lol
