Haramu had taken the kill to where it needed to go, keeping a wary eye on her 'shadow'. And then she began the search for one of the Aran'shale. No use in wasting more time...not with the strange shadow-lion at her side. Haramu had never met a lion like him...so utterly DARK and with an outlook like his. He puzzled and intrigued and worried her, all at once. Overall, it lead to her being just a little irate.
The sight of familiar blue fur and silver mane made Haramu's irritation lift a little. A swift find, and for the best.
"Aran'shale! I have brought a...guest." What did one call someone to be tested? A testor? That didn't sound right, even in her head.

He had followed her closely through the lands, slipping about through the shadows. occasionally he would leave Haramu's side completely, though he doubted she would have noticed, even in the short time it took them to find the leader of the pride, he had covered quite a distance of the pride lands, taking in the world he was about to join. he had found a place to stand, black against black as they approached this leader, his golden mane oddly invisible even in the darkness. Slipping now from the shadows, akin to a ghost he walked beside Haramu, his shoulder pressed loosely against hers, that macabre pelt brushing her shoulder. he was silent, both odd eyes fixed on this new creature, he never blinked, keeping his gaze loose and wide, he was no fool, though many would think he was, he knew when to hold his tongue and when to speak, he also knew when something important was about to happen.

"Greetings, Haramu." His icy gaze had watched them come, and it seemed that he was always watching, looking for something, whether it be on the edges of the pride lands, or in the heart of them. Even he was not utterly sure of what that something might prove to be...but today, it seemed to be this new creature, lion he seemed, but he had an aura about him that made Verge'lian eager to test him.
"Who is this you bring to me...?" It was obvious the question was for the both of them, the stern Aran'shale's gaze flitting from the familiar lioness to her silent companion, such a strange creature, this newling, but the Aikanaro was not a pride known for its discrimination against the strange and disconcerting...but instead those who were less so.
If he were to add a new demon to the pride this day, he would consider it a day well-spent, instead of one expended uselessly on patrol about the borders of his lands.

Haramu bowed, a slight smile on her lips. "His name is Tiyatahmey, Aran'shale. I had followed my prey a little further than usual...and he found me. He believes he belongs here..." She knew what was to come. Oh, indeed she knew...and she looked forward to seeing how the dark lion fared. If Verge'lian would find him worthy.
Tiyatahmey was intriguing, if nothing else. And what could he teach her? It was an interesting thought.

As they came to a halt and Haramu introduced him he tipped his head ever so slightly, it was a nod of respect rather than a bow and those odd eyes turned to scan verge, the white firs, the tiny pupil roving the back and blue body then the black, still as a breeze less night but piercing, watching to see what would happen.
"Yes, I think I belong here." He answered, after a long quiet moment a rather unnerving smile coming to his dark maw those blood stained fangs flashing between his darkened lips.

Verge watched the other in silence for a long moment, summing him up with his own frigid gaze. The large, blue lion's eyes were unflinching, carrying the weight of the years. He was not terribly impressed with this dark creature, for Tiyatahmey was most certainly unusual, that could not be gainsaid, but until Vergil had seen him in action, he would make no assumptions beyond interesting.
"Shall we test this then, to see if you belong with us?" A low rumble from the Aran'shale's maw, already flexing his claws, ready to test his eerie speed and agility against whatever skills the newcomer might bring to the table. They were building a pride of fighters. If you could not best or bring to stalemate one of the king's of the pride, then your acceptance would be called into question. They wanted only the best, only their equals. Demons.

The pale demon bowed once more and backed away, knowing better than to stand close. This was Tiyatahmey's test...not hers. So she would remain on the sidelines, watching impassively. If the strange lion passed...then Haramu would be a bit more friendly. But until then...
Until then, he was just a strange outsider.

The dark lion smiled, his odd eyes observing the other lion. For a long moment the white orb roved across the males form before he moved. Swift and silent the nearest patch of shadow absorbed his dusty form, his toes silent upon the earth.
He had been a shadow since birth and he was trained to disappear in to the mists. For a long moment he hid amongst the dotted undergrowth before he slipped out and appeared beside verge "And what is this test?" He whispers his nose close to the others ear before he slipped away again moving upon silent deadly paws.
