Personality: Simply, he's bratty.
He whines when people haves their backs turn and he's always grumpy, not hesitating to turn around and shout a handful of curses at someone. He often wanders away in hopes of 'scaring' someone - or angering someone - but he doesn't have the strength in voice to yell at someone. Just like his mother, he can only raise his voice to a whisper, which also is difficult for him. Yes, he's almost mute to a level - but he can still talk, which he usually uses to threaten someone.
Sometimes, he can come off as quiet and angry, always keeping to himself. He believes that he's the one singled out out of everyone in the world, which leads him to becoming overly-jealous of those that are courageous and brave. Or those who are showered of affection, and act like they own the world under their paws.
Tshila is not someone that can be considered a friend. The only friends he has, so far, are his own siblings- and he hardly ever approaches them due to his wanderlust. With his mean, grumpy personality - friends are rare to come by.
