Help with CC *pictures*

Recently, I was able to use custom content that I downloaded (i.e. hair, clothing, wings), but I'm unable to use other custom content (elf ears, animal ears, tails).

How can I get them to work?

I'd strongly suggest going to the thread you downloaded them from and asking there.
All I know about accessories like that is they they should appear under the glasses tab when you create a Sim. I've never used them myself.
