They are both of similar make, so I can't see why it wouldn't work. I am sure if it didn't fit, there wouldn't be much modifying to get it to fit.

Yes, I believe so, if they're both the same system, metric or american.

Either way, they're very similar, even looking. If you wanted to make a Cetme look like a G3, you'd be best starting with the sights.
