so, I was watching Fifth element earlier, and I realized something.
Captian Planet is Jesus
Leeloo is the Virgin Mary.
**SPOILERS FOR MOVIE AHEAD, STOP READING IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET**
Now, think about it, in the final scenes, before the Dark Planet is destroyed the 4 elements converge and with the fifth, and a white light is shot out.
Now we know what happens when, Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Heart combines, Captian Planet is spawned, and until the end of the movie Leeloo is still a virgin. Anyway, when those converge, for a fraction of a second, Captian Planet is produced and stops the Dark Planet.
Thusly, Captian Planet is Jesus, Leeloo is the Virgin Mary and Bruce Willis is Joseph.
