 Thanos was perched on a small rock that was just big enough for him to sit on by himself. his back was to the sun, as he gave a bored yawn. the only reason he had come to this spot was to get away for a while. having gotten beaten by his brother had made him have a even worse attitude lately though his father would never notice as he kept obediant when around him. tail lashing about, he really hated he was blind in a eye but there was really nothing he could do about it and he would have to learn how to fight with the blind eye without letting the other on. oh he hoped blabber mouth Obi wouldn't say a thing about their fight or how he was blind in a eye.

Thona hadn't seen his son for a while since his last little lesson. He'd beat him pretty bad, who knows how bad it really was? Thona didn't care. At least not now. It was too far in the past to really give a s**t. Thona, pacing his pride, finally noticed a pink ball of fluff with a little orange sitting on a rock. Green upon the end of his tail and on top his head. Thona didn't need to think twice of who it was. He moved closer. Seeing the scars all over. Proud of his work, he must say.
He flicked his tail and moved towards the young cub. "I see you didn't die, good" He spoke rather dull bored sounding voice. He didn't seem happy nor sad at all.

" yeah...." Thanos ears pinned back as he knew his father was coming over the minute he spoke. " is there anything you want?" turnign to eye his father, he kept his tone even to make sure his father didn't think he was beign a smartass.

"No not really" He spoke. He loved bugging Thanos "But with attitude like that, there just might be something I need you for. " He spoke again. It wasn't that the voice gave away it, it was more or less the way he said it. Thona wasn't stupid, but he was ignorant at times. He lashed his tail. "Whats with the faded eye? He asked finally noticing it. Whatever happen, he knew it was from him.

Thanos gritted his teeth at his fathers responce and at how he noticed his blind eye. " if you wish... and dont worry about my eye its fine." he lied ofcourse but that was because he didnt want his father to know about his eye. acting calm though he was really on edge from the fact his father was eyeing him and paying attention now.

Thona didn't believe him, but what was he going to do? Beat the truth out of him? Nah, seemed like too much effort into the matter. "Well, hopefully it really is, or there will be many problems. Don't need a son who's useless to the pride, now do we?" He asked in a cruel threatening voice. Of course he wouldn't do anything to his son, not even kick him out. But he'd be useless, and Thona would have to ignore him, or beat him more. Which ever seemed to fit for the moment.

Thanos gritted his teeth more and gave a low growl as his fathers comment had quickly snapped his temper. " i'am not useless, even if YOU blinded me in one eye." snarling a bit, he hadn't ment to snap like that but he would not allow himself to be called useless or weak. tail lashing he awaited the typical responce from his father and the beating he would recieve for being snappy.

Ah, so one way to get anything out of his son was to make him angry. "So you are useless to me, apart from me beating your head in once in a while." He spoke. He didn't like that his son was blind, though, it was his fault, not his son. No... It was his sons for making him teach him a lesson."Pity." He said simply.
Thona wasn't ready to beat him, not yet anyways. He'd let his son feel like s**t for being now useless to him. And then just let that soak in tonight. Though, what he didn't know, was that his son probably would be relieved that he might not be interested in him. Maybe the occasional beating. Ok, more then just occasional, but that wasn't the point.

Thanos was beyond angery at this point wit being called useless. he had tryed everything to show he was anything but useless but apparently that did not work. tail lashing about like mad, he gave a deep growl the best he could and snarled the best he could. " you may think im useless now but i will show you other wise dispit my eye you ruined." baring teeth he let go of his act for now since he had snapped in his anger.

Thona nodded "Sure you will." He spoke with a dullness to it. "When pigs fly, will be the day that I find you useful." He added. Thona was cruel, every aspect of the word. Cold hearted most the time as well. Thona cared now how other's saw him as though. It was what he thought himself as. Other then maybe those who he didn't know. He liked them to fear him. "One day you'll understand."

really his father was being too cruel to him when all he wanted to do was prove he was not worthess or stupid to him. Thanos dug his claws in the ground with his tail lashing about like a mad man. " no you will see and will regret dismissing me so easy. i'm not as stupid as you like to think unlike stupid Obi who can't think for himself." growling with pinned back ears, he was far from being like Obi who was arrogant. while he did have issuses with his looks, he made up for it for it by his intelligance he got from his father though he easyly fooled is father in thinking he was completely obediant.

With the words that escaped his son's mouth, Thona swung a quick paw towards his face. He would not be talked back like that, and Thanos would learn better not to say those type of words again. "I can dismiss you any way I please. Boy." He spoke rather annoyed now then anything. "If you think one moment I'd find use for you other then beating you from time to time, your quite mistaken." He lashed his tail. "You cannot hunt with one eye. Maybe fight, but even then you'll have a very big disadvantage. Unless you can learn to use your ears." Thona wanted to beat him more, but one slap was good enough.

Thanos took the smack and hit the ground from the force of the smack. groaning, he hadn't seen it coming since his father smacked him across the face on his blind side. shaking his head as he got to his feet, he stumbled a bit as he was dazzed a bit from being smacked. " i already learned to keep an opponite on the side i can see. worked with Obi and almost beat him til he caught on to me." rubbing his head with a paw, he was almost numb to being smacked around by his b*****d of a father but it still hurt like hell when he got hit when his father was pissed off. " i bet i could learn to hunt just fine, i'm not a idiot who can't learn."

" You just don't get it do you?" He said frustrated about his son's stupidity. "It's because of their catching on that can see to your doom." Of course he'd never open up admittingly say that he didn't want any of his kids to die. At least not until they were well over the age of adult hood. He swung at his son again. Of course he was sure he'd see this one, since it was going for his good eye side. His son was too stubborn and didn't see things how he should. "it's not the matter of who's an idiot and not, Thanos." He spoke glaring at his son. "Sight is more then you think it is."

Thanos' eyes narrowed and when he saw his father take a swing at him, he dodged it instead of taking it. giving a hiss, he truely was a stubborn one and wasn't about to give up. " he only caught on cause i havent learned how to fight well cause you only beat me around instead of teaching me things." snarling, he was not gonna let his blind eye keep him from beign a good fighter and hunter regardless of if his father helped or not.
