question for someone who is up to date on the manga

i dont read the manga, i just watch the anime, and asuma just died. i was wondering if anyone who has read the manga could tell me if neji will be comming back anytime soon? and if so, could you estimate about how many episodes until then from where the anime is now?

I dont remember seeing him for a while, but at the part youre at you get to see narutos new technique and after that I think team eight comes into the picture again. I could have m timeline mixed up, but I dont think neji is gonna be back soon

As sad as it is, I can't remember the last time I saw him either.

the last time i saw him was when they were trying to save gaara from akatsuki.

Neji and the rest of his team seem to have been written out. No mention of them since they helped rescue Gaara.

However I think they will show up sometime soon in the manga but that could just be me being to optimistic.

Me to T.T Neji is one of my favourite characters so I'm losing interest in the series. Now that I think about it more most of my favourites haven't appeared for a while... hopefully that will change soon.

Okay, I'm hyper but after at least 100 chapters with no Team Gai apparently they will all be in tomorrow's chapter. It will probably be a long time till they appear in the anime but it's better than nothing!
