Fresnel lol@ TNG, eew@ parakeet. My aunt had a parakeet that would only shut up when she was absolutely alone. If my aunt was there, it was fine. If my aunt was so much as ON THE PHONE, it would go ballistic.
That thing, whenever it's inconvenient, would screech. There's a couple of other birds, bigger, louder, and all around more annoying.
They bite and they squawk at the slightest movement outside. Normally that would be a good thing since the dogs learned that when the bird squawks there's something out there, now the bird does it just to make the dogs run. They don't squawk just once, they do it in ******** bursts. Almost 10 or 15 squawks long. If you were in the room with the door closed or even close enough, you would probably have permanent hearing damage.
