"binned"?

I was looking up facial hair to download on MTS2 and a lot of them say that they are "binned".
What does that mean?

I'm not sure, but I find that with hair a lot, and I think it just puts them into the appropriate colors, like, if you download a brown one, it will show up only when you click on the brown hair icon and stuff.

I could be wrong, though, but, I'm almost certain...
