yes, it is, you can also shoot weapons out of peoples hands, and you can shoot people in the groin, its a skill ability, dextrous styles! i think its the level 4 abillity! you also get an achievment from it, the black knight, in which you shoot a zombies 2 weapons from its hands, and then shoot its head off!
Oh yes, I do it all the time. I'm all skill with a bit of strenght in there.

Well I dont think that the undead have groins, but it is still very fun to do.

very much possible!!! on my acc im playing right now i got 145 head shots, 47 groin, 20 disarms, and 1 reversal (whats a reversal?)!! i have better on my good file but i currently cant play cuz i used it on my friends xbox which had knothole so now i cant play till i get knothole XD
