What was your first graphic attempt?

xD This'll be fun.

So even if you're awesome at graphics now, you had to start somewhere, right? Post the earliest graphic or piece of art that you can find, and then post your most recent or best. Let's compare. C:

I'll start. This was when I first got Paint Shop Pro, and had NO idea what any of it even was.

But I still thought I was the hottest thing ever. xD I made stuff for people on neopets.

And then some horrible art.


And now to see how we've improved.

I think I've gotten a grasp of Paint Shop Pro. ;D

And my art has gotten a bit better.


ANYWAY, that turned out to be a book. Let's see what you guys have done.

And, that graphic was before I knew how to use brushes so I all the stars and hearts are copy, pasted, resized, and recolored by hand!
It took FOREVER!!!
But, it turned out to be my fave one!

Ah, I'm embarrassed to say. I deleted them a while ago, otherwise I would show you. xD

Lets just say it was made in paint, no idea how to change the text, and saved it .gif

EDIT: Found one... it's not the worst I did, but it's nothing to brag about. =/

Its funny because in the back of the last graphic and the first graphic where you see a symbol and small bubbles, I created those myself. lol I enjoy creating brushes now! =3

My first attempts were with the program Ulead. There's like a free 30 day trial online and you can make animated graphics. I made banners and animated photos I took of myself. I was so new to it, but it was pretty simple. Now I barely use animations - they just make my head hurt.

When I first started Photoshop I figured out how to make pictures glitter.
I went crazy after that!
Everything was glitter.
Glitter, glitter, glitter stare
I got rid of them after a while, but found one,
Not really a glitter, but still pretty cool. xD

my FIRST graphics were like, 5 years ago with photoshop 7 lol. i cant find that, but thats the first thing i made when i got back into graphics last year.
