Brief personality: Serebii overall is a good-natured fellow. She's friendly towards others that she feels a 'good vibe' from and tries to stay away from those with 'bad vibes'. The vibes are really just her instincts and first impressions though, so she can be wrong. So when you first meet her she might be skittish and cautious. *blahblah I'll type the rest later*
