i've gained alot of weight during the holidays and im wondering if anyone of you could give some advice on how to lose the extra weight and possibly more weight fast.ive been trying to lose weight even before the holidays and only succeeded in losing 5 pounds which isn't much considering that i hve been trying to be fit for half a year and thats all i lost.you may think that im probably super fat but im different.i dont gain weight unless i eat ALOT for 2 weeks but i dont lose weight easily.im trying to wear this size 2 dress i bought but sadly im a size 4 so yeah i cant fit.......sad....

Run/jog 30 minutes a day or something.. just sweat it out and stay hydrated.

i rely on my metabolism ^.^;;


but running is good. at least 3 times a week for an hour, even if its just a light jog :] and cut off junk food if possible xD

Diet and exercise o_o.
That's what I've been attempting to do everyday XD Running around at work and playing tons of DDR helps for me.

Erm... Size 4 isn't overweight, like, at all.... Why not just buy a size four dress instead of making yourself look anorexic? O_o;;;

eat junk food. XD and starches.. biggrin



To lose weight, cut out all sugars (ALL sodas, even sprite, and anything carbonated). No candies. No cakes. No chips. No red meat. No dressings for salads (except the vinaigrette ones..).

Eat few starches (like potatoes and pastas)...

Drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits.. eat chicken... Have your meats grilled, not fried... umm... don't over cook your veggies... (no stir fry but have them steamed)... erm... I don't know. xD That's the only thing I can think of. It's really harsh but over time you can cut one thing off at a time.

Biology lessons for silly people, I guess...


You lose weight through exercise if you have fat cells...

If you're a size 4 (and more than 3 feet tall)...You DO NOT have any significant amount of fat cells... scream

The only way for you to get to size 2 from size 4 is to kill muscle cells...


That means eating less calories than you burn...Til all your fat cells are gone...Then continuing...Until your body starts eating itself to make up the defecit in energy...

If you want to look like a skeleton, put your health at serious risk , cause damage to your internal organs and reduce your overall life expectancy...Go ahead...

Before you do though...Consult your doctor...They'll tell you that you're an idiot as well...Except they'll probably go about it in a slightly less polite and less considerate way...

try not to eat meat. eat fruits and vegetables...mostly fruits...yum pineapples biggrin no sugary drinks either!!! and..uhhh exercise....right >.> thats probably good too...




or you can throw up a lot XD
