My mom taught me this:
Ingredients:
1-2 boxes of rotini pasta
1-1.5 average sized bottles of ranch dressing
1 jar of dill pickles (spears) [note: you don't have to use dills, you can use any type.]
3/4 of a cucumber
3 tomatoes.
Bacon bits (optional)
Fully cook the rotini in a pot (on the stove). When cooked strain the pasta then place it back in the pot. Cover the pot to keep warm.
Chop up the cucumber, pickles and tomatoes into small chunks. Place into small bowl.
Get a larger bowl out now, and pour the pasta into it. Get out the ranch, and pour all of it on top. mix the ranch and the pasta to evenly spread the ranch. Take the small bowl and, while mixing the pasta, gradually put the cucumbers, pickles and tomatoes in. If you want, you can add bacon bits to the salad.
Cover the bowl, and let chill for 20+ minutes in the fridge. Time depends on when you want to eat it.
