Oh My Gawd, I just realyzed Valentines is cursed this year! It falls right after Friday the 13th! The only thing worse then Friday the 13th is Saturday the 14th...
Well try to have a Happy Singles Awareness day in spite of it being cursed this year...

I have no clue what to get my girlfriend aside from Lillies (Her Favorite Flowers) I'm thinking I should get her a t-shirt from a reallllllllllyyyy grindy death metal band, just to toss some variety into her wardrobe wink

....V-day is cursed....Nothing new. I'll just have all the regular problems figuring out what to get the hubbie. And I'll remember it as Singles Awareness Day forever more. stare And I'll be panicking about my dad's B-day that happens 2 days before...Still....The only good thing about SAD is the candy that you can only get this time of year. I'll gain WAY too much weight from this. I SO need to get my act together. burning_eyes *head explodes* burning_eyes wahmbulance

lol. xD I never get presents for V-day, except from my parents. xD My mom gave me a dog and a monkey with boxing gloves this year (she gave it to me early cause I'm not going back home until after v-day, and I was there this past weekend)... xD
hilarity.
It's fun how people b***h and moan about the holiday.
You know, the consumer holiday shouldn't just be about a significant other.
You love your parents, right?
You love your friends, right?
You love your dog, right?
You love your cat, right?
You love yourself, right?
Then f'king get them something and show how much you love them.
It's about giving you little cretins!

crazy_mongoose lol. xD I never get presents for V-day, except from my parents. xD My mom gave me a dog and a monkey with boxing gloves this year (she gave it to me early cause I'm not going back home until after v-day, and I was there this past weekend)... xD

I never think much about Valentines.
But I remember through out middle school & high school, I ALWAYS got things from guys that liked me that I didn't really care for much.
xD
I remember this ONE year in HS, I got like roses... then these candy grams.. everyone was all confuddled like, "Jenny, who gave you those?" & I'm like, IDK.
