I'm getting down with the sickness

Well, I'm currently suffering through the worst cold I've ever had. I swear I had a fever close to 105 earlier tonight, because I was so hot I almost passed out. I've been using everything; sinus rinses, Tylenol, some immunity crap that tastes like s**t, Vitamin C tablets, decongestants and even a shot of Contreau. I've still got a headache, and I'm going to have trouble getting to sleep.

I almost feel as bad as when I had bronchitis, except that my windpipe isn't closing up like it did with bronchitis, and I didn't have a raging fever with it. My story of almost passing out in Chicago is one for another day.

I find it odd... Just shortly before the whole peanut incident everyone started getting sick, but none of them had salmonella.

Funny thing is that I got sick after eating peanut butter just recently. (damn the warnings!) only it didn't have the symptoms of salmonella. Coincidence?

Either way, I'm off peanut butter for a while. Too bad that I love peanut butter.

I had a fever of around 105.6 once. It was really weird, I was just sitting around on the couch, and it's not like I didn't feel normal or anything...

Funny thing is that I got sick after eating peanut butter just recently. (damn the warnings!) only it didn't have the symptoms of salmonella. Coincidence?

Either way, I'm off peanut butter for a while. Too bad that I love peanut butter.

Try hazelnut butter. It's almost like a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter.
Although, if it's a nut intolerance/allergy, you'll still would feel shoddy. >.<

Either way, I'm off peanut butter for a while. Too bad that I love peanut butter.

Nutella is pretty good, but in small doses. It would make a good frosting to top a cookie with, but I can't stand alot of it like replacing peanut butter with it.

I was sick with flu like symptoms earlier in the week. It was only painfully intrusive for one day. Aspirin chased most of the pain and symptoms away.

And I didn't cut back much on peanut based products despite the apparent disregard by one company. I love my Thai peanut sauce far too much to live without it very long.

My mom uses it every so often to top muffins and such. I think she did a whole cake with it once. I'm wary though, because our jar is as old as I am.
