Its a sensible that that you can not pray in there because you are not clean i guess you can do it in extreme situations only like if the tiger is out there to eat you and you pray Allah to get him away. you are understanding me right.

Alsalam Alaykum ~ The Standing Committee said:
It is part of Islamic etiquette that a person should remember his Lord when he wants to enter the toilet or the bathroom, by saying before he enters:
“Allaahumma inni a’oodhu bika min al-khubthi wa’l-khabaa’ith (O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from the male and female devils).”
But he should not mention Allaah after he enters, rather he should stop mentioning Him after he enters.
Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 5/93
Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz said:
Remembering Allaah in one's heart is permissible at all times and in all places, in the washroom and elsewhere. Rather what is makrooh in the washroom and similar places is to remember Allaah on one’s tongue (by speaking), except for saying Bismillaah when beginning to do wudoo’. He should say that if it is not easy for him to do wudoo’ outside the bathroom, because it is obligatory according to some of the scholars, and it is Sunnah mu’akkadah (a confirmed Sunnah) according to the majority.
Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn Baaz, 5/408 Wasalam ~

Alsalam Alaykum ..
When you're getting out put your right foot out first and say : "Ghof'ranak". and it means : "I ask for your forgiveness" .
Also the prophet SAAWS used to say when going out: "Ghof'ranak. Alhamdu Lillah, Allathy Afany Wa Akhraja Al Atha Minny". and it means: "I ask for your forgiveness. All grace to Allah (thanks to Allah) who protected (cured) me, and relieved me from filth/harm".
And I add .. that It is not allowed to carry anything that has Allah's name (or any of His holy names) with you to the toilet .. As this is considered to be a Najis (impure) place ! that is not appropriate to carry or mention Allah's name(s) ! .
